How it works
Found, scoped, delivered.
One job at a time. You see it working on your own emails before you pay the balance, and a person on your team approves everything that goes out.

A free 30-minute call. You show us how your team does it today, from your side of the screen.

It runs, and gets better
Every day, with a person approving what goes out. Monthly support only if it has earned it.
In detail
What happens at each step.
1. We map the job
A free 30-minute call. You show us how the job is done today, from your side of the screen: where the emails arrive, what gets typed where, and what the person doing it decides.
You get: a plain summary of the job and where the hours go. We need: half an hour with the person who does the job.
2. You get a fixed price
We work out the narrowest first piece worth doing and price it. No day rates, and no work starts until you have agreed the price and the scope in writing.
You get: a short scope and a fixed price. We need: one person who can say yes.
3. It is set up for you
It is set up on your real emails and forms, in accounts you own wherever possible. You try it on live work, with your team approving every message, and you accept it before it is switched on for good.
You get: the working setup and a short guide. We need: access to one inbox or folder, agreed in writing first.
4. It runs, and gets better
It runs every day. Monthly support covers checks, fixes and small changes, and you only keep it if it is earning its keep.
You get: a monthly note of what it did. We need: a word when something in your business changes.
Money and responsibility
How paying and accountability work.
What does the price cover?
Everything in the agreed scope: mapping the job, setting it up on your systems, testing it with your team on live work, a short guide, and changes until you accept it. Support afterwards is a separate monthly fee, and optional.
The price is fixed for each job, worked out from that job alone, and given to you in writing before anything starts. We do not publish a price list, because no two jobs are the same size; if a job is not worth automating, we say so on the call.
How do we pay?
A deposit to start, the balance when you accept the work, and support monthly. The amounts are in the fixed price you agree before anything starts.
Who does the build?
Automation specialists chosen for your job, working under contract to MOFE. You deal with MOFE throughout, and MOFE is accountable for the result.
Who approves what goes out?
A person on your team approves every outgoing message. Nothing is sent automatically.
What about our data?
How your data is handled is agreed in writing before any work touches it. How we handle your data
