How MOFE handles personal information.

Visitors to this website
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics. It is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep short-lived technical logs, such as your IP address, to run and protect the service. Fonts load from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which receive your IP address to deliver them.
People who book a call or email us
We use your name, contact details, company and what you tell us to arrange and hold the call and to follow up, as steps you have asked us to take before any contract. Bookings are handled by Cal.com, our scheduling provider, under its own privacy terms.
People we contact from public sources
We may find a business contact’s details on a company website, Companies House or a job advert and contact them about work relevant to their role, in our legitimate interests. We keep only what we need, say where we found it, and stop as soon as you ask.
People working on a client’s project
Where people work on a client’s project under contract with MOFE, we share only what that work needs, under a written agreement. Data we handle for clients in their projects is covered by the client agreement, not by this notice.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and bookings that do not lead to work: up to 12 months. People we contact from public sources: until you ask us to stop, and no longer than 12 months without a reply. Client records: six years after the work ends, as UK tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@mofe.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
